We’re Shine – an independent design and branding studio with a 25-year heritage, big ambitions and a small, brilliant team. One of our designers is off to travel the world, so we’re on the lookout for someone seasoned, skilled and genuinely committed to great work.
We’re not after a rockstar, just someone who knows their craft, shows up, gets stuck in, and gives a damn.
We’re looking for someone who’s been around the block, learned a few lessons the hard way, and still loves the buzz of a busy studio. You’ll be joining a team of designers, an all-too-smart copywriter, one of those digital types that somehow understands what coding is about, a technical animator, a hyper organised account lead, and a business owner who obsesses over client satisfaction and the importance of creative storytelling. We’re a tight team – no ego, no hierarchy – just shared standards.
What you’ll need:
- 10+ years of agency experience (minimum)
- A solid, adaptable portfolio: branding, campaigns, digital, print, social – you’ve tackled it all
- Comfort with the entire creative process, and not precious about what aspects you’re asked to handle
- A storyteller’s eye and the instinct to push good work to great
- You get the balance between beauty and purpose – and know how to deliver both
- To be able to work independently and self-sufficiently without the need for micromanagement
