We’re Hiring: Communications and Copywriting Specialist

We are on the lookout for a communications and copywriting specialist who is not only skilled in crafting dynamic and impactful copy that cuts through the noise but can play an integral role in driving the social and marketing communications of our small but mighty agency.

As a key member of the creative team, you will be working closely with our clients to help generate compelling content that drives brand visibility across multiple channels. Projects will challenge and excite you, offering the opportunity to flex your creativity across a diverse and eclectic mix of deliverables – from showreels and social content to websites, integrated marketing campaigns, sales support, print and more.

So, what do we expect from our new communications specialist?

You will need to possess a unique and creative way with words when it matters, but also get under the skin of our well-established powerhouse organisations to speak their language and ultimately persuade audiences to follow.

Proactive and astute in character, with at least 4 years of agency experience, you will ideally extend into other arenas beyond just copywriting and content creation. We are an ambitious agency, so someone who can help support our own growth journey too – through considered content and communication strategies, prosperous new business tenders, and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude – will be welcomed with open arms.

£salary dependent on experience.

  • Minimum 4 years of agency experience, specialising in copywriting and content creation
  • Exceptional writing skills across all channels, from web/digital to social and print
  • Experienced in driving content strategies, with a firm understanding of brand voice, identity and awareness
  • Confident in conducting client workshops to truly define the scope of a project and extract key information
  • Capable of collaborating with designers to expand concepts and connect story to visual
  • Meticulous proofreading skills are essential, with an eye for detail
  • Willing to support new business activities, generating proposals and crafting polished emails
  • Knowledge across social channels and scheduling platforms would be an advantage
  • An understanding of content optimisation for search engines and user experience
  • Experience with CMS is also preferable
