As part of UNICEF’s 2022–25 strategic commitment to expanding at-scale capacity-development programmes for frontline workers – particularly with a focus on disability inclusion – they introduced a Disability Inclusion Training Package. The package includes six video modules with supporting pdf guidance documents to explain how to use the various materials and plan training sessions effectively.

We were tasked with meticulously copy-proofing all the documentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to accessibility standards. Another key focus of our work on the completed package was to guarantee that the final PDF documents were fully accessible to screen readers. This involved creating reading order, bookmarks, hyperlinks, and alt tags for all imagery.

In addition, we designed a visual identifier for the training package, aligned with UNICEF’s design guidelines, to ensure a consistent visual language throughout the final package.
