Bringing the SEKO brand to life in the workplace

As the key UK&I headquarters for SEKO Logistics, the Windsor office needed to make a strong impression. Home to the local team and a regular destination for international colleagues, clients and prospects, the space had to balance personality with purpose – creating a sophisticated, high-energy workplace that felt unmistakably SEKO.

As SEKO’s long-standing brand guardians, we worked alongside the appointed workplace design team to translate the brand into the physical environment. Building on global standards previously developed for SEKO’s operational facilities, Windsor was the first office-only location to take the approach further.

Central to the concept was SEKO’s distinctive brand ribbon, used as a continuous spatial device for the first time. Travelling across glass partitions, meeting rooms, walls and into the flooring, it connected the workplace while creating a strong sense of movement and energy. Messaging was adapted for both employees and visiting clients, while timber, acoustic treatments and planting helped create spaces for collaboration, concentration and downtime.

In reception, a bespoke installation showcased some of SEKO’s high-profile ecommerce clients, immediately connecting the business to the brands moving through its global logistics network. We also worked closely with the interiors team on furniture, lighting, colour and finishes to ensure the wider environment complemented the SEKO identity.

The finished office evolved SEKO’s environmental standards into a confident corporate workplace – creating a memorable setting for clients and prospects, a vibrant environment for its people and a benchmark for bringing the SEKO brand to life in physical spaces.

“We wanted the Windsor office to make a bold statement from the minute you walked through the door, and I think we nailed it. It felt confident, energetic and full of personality. It gave us a great environment to bring clients and prospects into and, importantly, a place the team could be really proud of too.”
