A Rebranding Evolution for Langdon

When customs and excise software company Langdon first came to us, they were in the midst of an exciting growth journey with the objective of continuing to win new clients and develop innovative solutions for both current and new markets. The time was right to revisit their foundations and deliver a robust brand evolution before taking the reins with ongoing marketing and content support.

One thing was immediately clear. Langdon needed a more cohesive and mature brand identity that not only better reflected their expertise and industry position, but also spoke with conviction and consistency to their various audiences – ranging from logistics operators to retailers, export businesses and c-suite decision makers.

This meant setting the groundwork through an in-depth brand workshop, in order to provide a future-proof brand strategy, visual identity, brand messaging framework and tone of voice. Following a deep-dive into Langdon’s brand values, personality, vision and mission, as well as a comprehensive examination of their audience, key benefits and core USPs, we developed a detailed brand playbook as well as a number of key marketing assets including the website, sales presentation templates, social templates and more.

Following a structured approach, our work was instrumental in forging a more cohesive and compelling brand foundation that set the tone for the marketing activity to come, better resonating with Langdon’s target audience and helping drive sustainable growth.

“Working with the team at Shine completely changed how we talk about our business and how we’re perceived. The branding workshop gave us real clarity on who we are and what makes us different, while the tone of voice and messaging toolkit made it so much easier to communicate our value with confidence and consistency. The visual identity refresh pulled everything together beautifully – it feels professional, polished and genuinely reflective of our brand. We’ve had fantastic feedback from clients and prospects alike, and it’s made a real difference in helping us stand out in a competitive market.”
